Q? Can I remove the coating?: A.

Yes, but the coatings are designed to be permanent. The only way to remove it is by sanding it off.
Q? What are VOCs?: A.

Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs, are chemicals that emit toxic vapors while evaporating. Many products use VOCs in their production and can off-gas VOCs into the air you breathe. These compounds are commonly found in many paints, floor finishes, caulks, stains, and adhesives. As they cure, they produce noxious fumes. VOC chemicals can cause various health problems including nausea, tremors, and headaches. Studies also show that relative leukemia and lymphoma can increase through prolonged exposure of VOCs in the indoor environment. VOCs from conventional paints are released into the air and often leave a strong “toxic” odor. It was with this in mind, that UV Green Cure produced its coatings to be 100% VOC free, making the home you live in that much safer.
Q? Is this coating harmful to the environment?: A.

No. Our UV curable coatings contain no VOCs. No harmful solvents are escaping to the atmosphere. This is truly a GREEN coating.
Q? How long does it last?: A.

UVGC floor coatings are formulated to be a long-term low maintenance floor coating solution. It is very important to adhere to the “Use and Care” guidelines to maximize the life of the coating.
